A leader is many things. Authentic Leadership (leading w/ your best self) is achieved w/ a basic understanding of the language & process. A leader is many things, skills, knowledge, passions, etc. Authentic Leadership (leading with your true self or best self) though, cannot be attained without a basic understanding of temperament & character, which together, make-up a person’s core. The objective of the breakfast is to understand the language & process and set you up to achieve Authentic Leadership. For example: Contrary to common belief, leaders are not born, they are built. Leadership is not temperament, it is character. There's no such thing as a born leader. Leadership isn't a genetic trait. Leadership is for the many, not the few... Every person has a temperament (born with) and character (built over time). It’s the fundamental reason why every person can be a leader if they have a desire as well as resources to make building character and becoming an authentic leader accessible. Leadership is character. The greatest leaders have the greatest character. Character naturally connects with others and is authentic.
