National Decorative Coatings Company is looking for a Team Leader/Project Manager. Hardworking and enthusiastic is a must! This position requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will be expected to communicate effectively with all team members as well as with home and small business owners. This position would require own transportation to each job site, as well as occasionally driving company truck and pulling trailer. This is a job where you’ll be directing and working together with a crew in a fast-paced environment on both outside and inside homes and small business projects. Job includes Prepping (pressure washing, stripping, repairing concrete), Mixing, Stamping, Cutting, Coloring, Staining, TROWELING and Sealing Concrete Surfaces. Pay to be determined by level of experience; opportunities for raises throughout the year based on performance and attendance.
