mechanic needed to replace two cv joints

I need someone who works on cars to come to forestville to replace both cv axles on a 2003 hyundai elantra. One has broken and the other one is almost as bad. I already have the parts for it. The axle nuts are already loosened. We tried starting it but couldnt loosen the tie rod ends because the part you're supposed to hold with a wrench while loosening the nut seemed to be rounded and couldnt be gripped with a wrench. You should know a "work-around" through this problem, if it is a problem, and finish the job. I also have a 1999 subaru legacy and would love to have someone look at it and find out why it started running so poorly (misfires, loses power, sputters, belches horrible fumes). i bought an oxygen sensor for it based on the codes that I'd like installed. It might also need spark plug wires. Lastly, I have a 1996 honda accord wagon that was in a front end accident. I'd like someone to look at it and tell me what is damaged in the front end. Since the accident, it pulls hard to one side, shakes a little, and eats up front tires within a few hundred miles. I can pay around $40 an hour.
