Requirements: Knowledge of HVAC systems and Mechanical experience Ability to work hard and learn something new Previous Air Duct Cleaning experience a plus. Personal hand tools (drills, wire snips, headlamp, ect..) OSHA Training/Certifications is a plus Life Safety experience (Damper inspections/Firestopping) in Healthcare Facilities is a plus Ability to read mechanical blueprints and any type of Construction certification a plus Background check / Drug Test Screening Required · Carrying/Lifting: Lifting up to 60 lbs. · Standing: Maximum Standing. · Sitting: Minimal. · Environment exposure: Hazardous Materials · Other: Ability to hear and speak for telephone use is required.
