Handyman needed for a small Real Estate/Property Management Company

Family owned small real estate and property management office based in San Mateo is seeking a handyman to join our team. This could be 4 hours a day to full time per week/month. We manage nearly 300 doors in the Bay Area (San Francisco to Santa Clara and a small portfolio of properties in the East Bay). Majority of the properties are between Daly City to Mountain View. We have residential and commercial properties. Skills required include, but are not limited to: -Minor plumbing (install faucet, toilet, disposal) -Install vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixtures, smoke/carbon detectors, door handles -Touch up painting and/or complete wall painting (we have painters for large projects, if needed) -Dump runs -Property inspections -Replace caulking, silicone, and light bulbs -Install blinds, towel bars, door handles, mail box locks and etc. If you are more skilled, that is great! We have turnover work that does include replacing closet doors, bedroom/bathroom doors, tile and vinyl, sheet rock patching, repair, and light electrical such as replacing outlets.
