Laborer - General Construction

We have an immediate need for a self-motivated general construction laborer to work in a professional team atmosphere. Must be willing to develop skills and grow within the company. The hours for this position will be Monday – Friday (occasional weekends as assigned) with standard required breaks and overtime. Requirements ~Must have good communication skills ~Must have valid driver's license with clean DMV driving record ~Must have experience driving large trucks ~Must have experience using power hand tools ~Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen and basic background check ~Must be neat, organized, and able to follow Site Manager’s directions. ~Willing to lift 50 – 75+ pounds ~Able to stand, run upstairs, and climb ladders for 8 hours per day. ~Prior construction labor experience preferred Duties/Capabilities shall include: -Be responsible, organized and motivated -Be able to follow directions, to work well on a team or individually -Demolition, removal of debris, trash hauling, site clean-up and assisting Site Manager as directed -Perform quality work to the highest level possible -Protect our reputation by being on time, professional, courteous and respectful when dealing with clients & subcontractors -Climbing up and down ladders -Understand and follow safety guidelines -This is an entry level position -A positive attitude and strong work ethic are required as well as wanting to learn the trade. ***When scheduled for an interview you must bring acceptable work identification originals including Social Security Card (paper receipt of request not accepted). ***The company is located in Petaluma, CA area.
