Small Property Management Company.
-Lawn maintenance (Most of the Week). But the following jobs need to be done whenever needed.
-Minor plumbing (install faucet, toilet, disposal, water heater)
-Install vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixtures, smoke/carbon detectors, door handles
-Touch up painting and/or complete wall painting (we have painters for large projects, if needed)
-Dump runs
-Property inspections
-Replace caulking, silicone, and light bulbs
-Install blinds, towel bars, door handles, mail box locks and etc.
