Looking for store front to rent for photoshoot

Hello- I am a photographer and I'm looking to rent a space to a photoshoot I'm doing. Ideally I'd like to shoot in a small business that is brightly lit such as a coffee shop, art studio, restaurant, etc. I will have a model look as if they work in the space so the space should not be empty. The images will be used for publication so I will need to have the owner sign a property release form. The shoot will take place on Friday 2/26 for about 3 hours. I have a budget of $200.
