Description

We need a worker that is able to help maintain a 104 year old home. Ideal candidate should be able to do all needed for project management. Must be able to use a computer to order household items, Lift up to 35lbs, clean work area's ( before and after workers have completed tasks) Paint, complete yard work and drive a Truck. Applicant must be able to work without supervision. If you are in College, we will work around class schedule. All applicants must be able to work a minimum of 20 hrs per week and must have own transportation to and from the job. We will be renovating over the next 3 years.
