My LG Inverter Heat System Stopped

Hi I have an LG Inverter Heat/AC unit. Last night it just stopped working. I believe the outside part is prob clogged up with snow and leaves and crap so it can’t function. I need someone to come with a 10’ ladder to clean the junk out of it so it can maybe start working.
