We are a transportation/logistics company who partners with Amazon to deliver packages in Pierce County. We are a team oriented company who is looking for a reliable and responsible delivery associate on a Full Time or Part Time basis. Company Vehicle is Provided and No special licenses are Required. Delivering packages to customers can be a physical and fast-paced job since it requires loading/unloading up stairs and buildings. Drivers walk an average of 10 miles/day which is great exercise! We are offering hourly rates starting at $17.50/hr, then $18.25/hr + $100-150 Bonuses/month! Please provide a resume or job history and a day/time to call you. · Full-Time: 30-40 Hours/wk, 4-5 days @ 8-10 hours/day and potential OVERTIME @ $27/hr · Start times - 10:30am to 9:00pm · Weekend work is required to start · Full Health Care Benefits after 60 Days · Paid Time Off · Discretionary Bonuses based on performance Paid Training: · (Week 1) Receive 4 Days of "Beginner" delivery routes to help you become Independent · (Week 2) Receive 4 More Days of "Intermediate" delivery routes to help you achieve success · (Week 3) Deliver full routes to customers Independently! Ideal Team Members: · Must care about customer packages · Prioritize safety by driving and delivering in a cautious manor · Have a positive attitude · Be reliable and ready to work everyday. Attendance is extremely important!
