Searching for an older small dog

Hello, I am looking for a healthy small dog for my Auntie. She is elderly and has no children or pets. Her sweet little dog passed away 3 weeks ago. She is lonely and wants another dog/companion to love. She’s had dogs her whole life and is an experienced dog owner. She lives in a quiet neighborhood and has a maintained fenced yard for a dog. She is home all day and likes to take her dog on a daily walk, weather permitting. The dog would live in the home. When she needs to go shopping, the dog would be allowed to roam freely in the home. At night the dog would sleep in her bedroom in a cozy dog bed. We would like an older dog between 5 – 7 years old that has had some training. The dog must be house trained to go potty outside. The dog should enjoy going on short walks. The dog cannot be aggressive towards people, dogs/cats or pull on the leash and/or excessively bark. She is elderly and walks slowly with a cane.
