22 foot 1989 Catalina with a slip in Monterey harbor to share. It's in good shape, just had the bottom painted, has new lines, motor is reliable and pretty new. It has a fixed keel, not a swing keel. Lots of room below for a 22 footer. Life jackets, radio, 2 jibs. I'm currently sharing with one other family and looking for one more. It's an even split in terms of using it, 3 ways. 200/month and pitch in on a little maintenance each month. It's super convenient, with a permanent slip in the harbor. You don't have to be an expert sailor, just safe and competent. cheers, Luke
