In celebration of Women’s History Month we are excited to provide female leaders of every kind, to experience the practice of self-preservation with 2 days of fitness & wellness activities. Our 1 and only goal - focusing on the health & well-being of women to ensure they continue to succeed in leadership. For many females in leadership taking care of self is last on the list or not accomplished at all. Lack of self-care generates a number of unhealthy outcomes and can contribute to chronic and/or lifelong diseases. This event is open to only 21 attendees. We believe that those who understand the importance of investing in self will be in attendance and will align with the mission of helping to connect, grow, and RECHARGE WOMEN WHO LEAD.
