Job Description We are looking for a warehouse worker to carry out our warehouse operations in Miami. The workhouse worker responsibilities include, but are not limited to; receiving packages, data entry, storing materials, picking & packing, and preparing orders for the company's export/import activities. This person must be proactive in resolving in the best way possible any inconvenience or problem that arises during his/her tenure as a warehouse operative. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: • Assisting customer requests as needed, including attending customers at the MyBox office and warehouse. • Receiving and processing shipments delivered to the warehouse (unload, inspect, unpack, label, store). • Managing packages and warehouse locations. • Completing daily data entry logs into the system. • Creating and managing checklists for scheduled shipments. • Preparing and assembling export shipments according to schedule (pack, wrap, label, ship), including generating shipments in the system. • Coordinating export shipments with freight forwarder agent, including ground transportation to the airport. • Sending shipment pre-alerts to the operations team at destination. • Maintaining fluid communication between offices. • Performing inventory controls and maintaining high quality standards for audits. • Keeping a clean and safe working environment and optimizing space utilization. • Reporting any discrepancies or issues in a timely fashion. • Proactively communicating and cooperating with supervisors and coworkers. • Operating and ensuring preventive maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment. • Following quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Skills: • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker • Proven previous experience with air cargo and courier • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to lift heavy objects • High school degree (or equivalent) required; technical certifications preferred • English and Spanish fluency required Additional: o Customer service skills o Computer literacy o Data entry o Packaging o Experience using pallet jack and forklift preferred but not necessary
