Love the dunedin area..seeking a mobile home in an resident owned MHP..it's just us two retirees wanting to become snowbirds...clean well maintened is what I hope for..beyond the handyman, fix up lifestyle...size not important as we don't need or require much..also these land leased home are unbelievably out of my price range.....and i.m gonna say listing indicate the home and payments are affordable..but when it shows HOA customized I just turn away...very deceiving the lot fee is not shown in the listing..as if 6 _ 900 bucks does not influence the decision..we are cash buyers up to a certain amount...appreciate hearing from you.
