SUMMIT, NJ — A local family is continuing their journey to save the lives of their twin daughters, Jackie and Addison, 5, who were recently diagnosed with a kind of leukemia. And the communities of Summit and Chatham (father Brian Erb teaches in the latter) have rallied around them. Their mother, Lauren Gonnella, may be a bone marrow match, according to organizers for Team Jackie & Addison. The family will soon admitted to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHoP) to continue treatment, according an update on Meal Train. Find out more about the family and how to help them and others who need bone marrow donors by reading more here: Twins In Chatham School Community, Fighting Cancer, Find Donor Josh Bakan contributed reporting to this story.
