St. Vincent de Paul Middletown is hosting a distribution of fresh food to those in need. Food will be available on February 15 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM (or until supplies run out) at Amazing Grace Food Pantry located at 16 Stack Street in Middletown: USDA FARMERS TO FAMILIES FREE FOOD DISTRIBUTIONHeld at Amazing Grace Food Pantry (16 Stack Street in Middletown) on February 15, 2021Middletown, CT – St. Vincent de Paul Middletown is hosting another distribution of USDA boxes of fresh food from the Farmers to Families program. These boxes will be available to our community during a drive-through event held on Monday, February 15, 2021, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM, or until the available food boxes run out. The event will be held at the Amazing Grace Food Pantry located at 16 Stack Street in Middletown. The free box of delicious food includes milk, apples, potatoes, onions, cheese, hot dogs, and chicken. One box is available per family. No sign-up or identification is required. "On behalf of the residents of Middletown, I want to thank everyone who was involved in making thisfood distribution possible—individuals and organizations alike," Mayor Ben Florsheim said. "Middlesex United Way, St. Vincent de Paul Middletown, the USDA and our federal delegation, local farmers, and transportation workers are all playing a role in making sure that families don't go hungry.
