ST. CHARLES, IL — Nearly two dozen people are seeking to fill a vacancy that opened last month on the District 303 school board after an unexpected resignation. Former board member Michael Bryant resigned Jan. 11, citing personal reasons. Bryant's successor will be appointed by the rest of the District 303 board to finish his term, which ends in 2023. Kane County Positivity Rate Drops To 4-Month Low On Tuesday, board members are set to narrow down the list of 22 candidates to several finalists, who will be interviewed in-person during the board's Feb. 22 meeting.
