Songwriter/ Musician looking for collab

I'm a musician who started writing songs a few years ago, and I'm looking to start collaborating with other songwriters and musicians. I play guitar, and my main instrument is bass. I also program and sequence computer generated music. I'm into various types of rock (metal, alternative, grunge, nu-metal), country, rap/hip-hop, reggae, some new wave, etc. so style and genre isn't a big issue with me. It would be ideal to write with someone who can sing, cause I can't. It also would be good if you play instruments. Music theory knowledge would be preferred, but isn't a requirement. I know quite a bit about copyright law and music business in general. Everything we write together will be divided into equal ownership and rights. If we work together, we'll have to be on the same page musically and from a business standpoint. It would be nice to have a band and perform the music we write, but my ultimate goal is to issue licenses for the songs written. Music is my passion, but money is a good motivator, and it's hard to breakout as an artist nowadays, but there's always a good market for being a successful songwriter.
