The Police arrested my girlfriend because I reported an incident where I got scratched accidently trying to subdue my girlfriend from hurting herself. We both have PTSD and when I reported the incident I was not totally aware of what happened and the Officer only wanted to have her arrested. I pleaded and cried. She needs mental health not an arrest record. I am sure at the time I knew not what I was saying to the Officer. Can someone give me just a little guidance? I feel as though this should never have happened. There is a hearing for her in March, online. Please so far since this happened. No one has been able to point me in the right direction. We need help.
