PITTSBURGH, PA — Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey ended his storied career Friday, retiring retirement simultaneously with his brother, Mike Pouncey, a center with the Los Angeles Chargers. Former Steeler Ramon Foster, a close friend of Maurkice Pouncey, announced the dual retirements on Twitter. The only seasons he did not maker the Pro Bowl were 2013 and 2015, years in which he suffered early season-ending injuries. Pouncey's retirement leaves a gaping hole in the Steelers offensive line. The team could look to the NFL draft or a free agent to find his replacement.
