Production Workers & Shipping Clerks, DIRECT HIRE WITH BENEFITS! Pay rates $15 to $18, Depending on Experience & Shift Location: Sorrento Valley, CA Duration: Direct Hire opportunities in a fast paced dynamic and growing company. Production Associates, Level 1 Follow work orders, operate mechanical equipment such as a mill, 3D printer, laser marker. Visually check for quality and accuracy against design drawings. Move to final inspection – document work. Production Associates Level 3 Higher level positions, experience from initials steps through final inspection. Follow work orders, cross train in manufacturing procedures, document work. Three years manufacturing experience running complex technical machines and equipment. Preferred CNC Milling Machines, 3D printing technology and industrial equipment. Experience troubleshooting issues, reading and interpreting work orders and SOP’s. Production Leads Lead a Team, ensure production runs smoothly, and meet production deadlines. Train, Coach and Mentor team, liaise with Supervisors/Managers. Execute production plans, inspect work, schedule resources, ensure compliance. Interact with other departments, Quality, Engineering, R&D, resolve issues. Shipping Clerks Using a forklift to load & unload, weight materials, record details – time, date and weight of materials. Moves materials within the facility to meet production deadlines. Requirements: HS Diploma or GED and Resume required Good computer skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment Accountability, trainability and a desire to do good and help people Med Device manufacturing or 3D printing experience highly desired Please indicate which position you are applying for, and include your CONTACT NUMBER!
