NEWTOWN, PA — A former employee of a lawn care business is accused of stealing more than $4,000 from his boss, according to the Newtown Township Police Department. Bradley Cohen, 64, who worked for Weed Man in Newtown Township, is alleged to have cashed checks that were made out to his employer and pocketed the money for himself. Detectives identified more than 40 customer payments that were sent to the business between June and July of 2020 that were diverted into two separate bank accounts in Cohen's name without the approval of the business, according to the Newtown Township Police Department.
