Let’s Talk Self-Care !!!! Join our us for a weekend filled with informative and motivational talks in all things self care! Ready, Set, Relax, Rewind , Renew ............ When was the last time that you took a day out for Self-Care? A day to celebrate the person that you are and pour into yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually? A day to reset, renew, and reclaim yourself to become the best version of you. For some of us that means putting down the snacks or the not so good habits we have created while “sheltered in”. But that is okay because today is the day we will push the RESET button. Taking care of yourself is not selfish, taking care of yourself is not indulgent, taking care of yourself is a basic need. Join us for a morning of self care and wellness tips from some dynamic guest speakers as we take a deeper dive into self-care. We will explore common self-care techniques, explore stigmas and barriers that prevent everyday men and women from engaging in consistent self-care. Learn from different experts in organization and time management, nutrition, wellness and from a mental health professional. Each attendee will walk away with the tools to create a self-care plan in order to avoid burn-out, resentment, and stress. We will also have vendors, and a surprise raffle at the end of the event. We can't wait to spend time with you!! We are going to start 2021 on a high with expert tips, advice and lots of Q&A from individuals and professionals in the field of wellness. We will discuss the benefits of self care during this time As well as show you how to add simple wellness techniques to your daily routine. This event will be held via In-Person and will include breakfast , raffles / giveaways, swag bags , nutritional advice, motivational speaking and more!
