Property Management Company in Waynesboro is looking for a Handyperson to help with the maintenance of Apartments. Work mostly includes turning over apartments, to include clean outs, repairing drywall, painting, fixing minor issues, and final clean ups. During warmer months, job entails outside general maintenance such as mowing, tree trimming, weeding and mulching. We try to keep our Handyman working around 20 hours a week, and can pretty much guarantee. Looking to pay around $20 an hour. Pretty open to when you would work through out the week. Licensed individual, with truck and or vehicle and trailer pretty much a requirement. Also looking for someone that lives close or in Waynesboro.
