Loving person and dog need help

My name's Alex. I currently live in Ventura but I need to move down to Bakersfield by the 1st. I would like to stay here in Ventura but the cost of living is way too expensive for my dog and I and I'm going to need to relocate. I'm a hard-working professional with a college degree. I have enough money set aside to pay rent for a few months while I find a good paying job. I'm also a handyman and I am willing to help around the house. I would like to find a welcome place for my dog and I. I don't smoke cigarettes or do drugs. I have a drink on occasion but that's about it. My dog is very calm and loving. Honestly he's kind of a baby and is very good with people and other animals. This is kind of an emergency with it being so time sensitive. If anybody is able to help please contact me.
