The Outdoor Operators is a crucial component of the overall marketing and property discovery plan for Artemis Prime. Using their own vehicle, operators drive throughout the Milwaukee and surrounding areas to identify and “pin” distressed properties with a customized driving app. Operators may also place marketing signs around the metro area, and the right candidates will have the opportunity to generate additional revenue by going on property inspection tours. This is a part time contractual opportunity that can provide easy supplemental income for the right candidate, and with flexible hours. Imagine a gig style job similar to driving for Uber, but without dealing with people and enjoying steady, consistent weekly hours. Previous experience in construction, real estate or related disciplines is favored but not required. To apply, please use our google web form: What you’ll do: - Drive in the Milwaukee area to identify and record visibly distressed properties with a customized real estate phone app (50/day, 250/week). - Properties should be “pinned” using the app, and a photo of the property should be taken as well. What you’ll need: - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - Proof of valid and current motor vehicle insurance - Reliable transportation (car or truck preferred, not motorcycles) - A smartphone that’s less than 2 years old (Apple or Android) - To be 18 years of age or greater. The ideal candidate… - Is dependable and able to commit to this role. Day over day, week over week consistency in the job is important! - Is self motivated and able to work autonomously when needed. - Good with communication: Can articulate themselves well and enjoys working with people. - Has some experience with real estate. Hours and Compensation: - Total compensation is $19.37 / hour - Hourly rate is $10 / hour. Expected 20 hours per week, or 4 hours per day. - Each property that is pinned and subsequently approved will be paid $0.75 each, up to a maximum of 50 / day or 250 / week. - Gasoline and other vehicle expenses are not included.
