Looking for a skilled, handy mover to assist with Unpacking

Seeking COVID conscious mover who can help me unpack; the movers were supposed to pack me back/unpack me, they did not! I have a spinal injury and can't lift anything over 5lbs. I am overwhelmed, can't find anything, and need someone skilled at organization setups. Please be a nonsmoker, and have references. Hoping to get this done this week! Thank you!
