Lost White and black cat

Our baby Wylie went missing near the village green in cottage grove at the end of October. He is neutered and almost a year and a half, his coat is short and all white with a black smudge on the top of his head. He's very friendly and talkative, and was wearing a teal and silver reflective collar when he went missing. If anyone sees him, we miss him very much and would be so grateful for any leads.
