TUSCALOOSA, AL — Tuscaloosa City Schools announced it will host commencement exercises for the Class of 2021 on Friday, May 28. You can also support local journalism by donating as little as $5 a month to become a supporting member or by downloading our free Patch mobile app. TCS says graduating seniors from each of the system's three high schools will receive their diplomas in three separate ceremonies held at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater in downtown Tuscaloosa. The system has also set aside June 3 as a makeup date in the event of rain. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, graduating seniors will receive seven tickets for guests, with doors opening one hour before the start of each graduation time.
