Part Time Porter/Handyman - Afternoons - Must live close to West Broadway, Long Beach, NY. Luxury 88 unit condominium. Monday - Friday 5 hrs a day, 1pm to 7pm. Garbage, cleaning, vacuuming, polishing, dusting, garbage, sweeping, mopping, snow shoveling, grounds cleaning, painting, and other work as needed. Must be good with people, and hardworking. Must be available during every snow fall and for all emergencies. Please send resume and references. $20 per hour, 30 hours per week.
