INTEGRATED WIRELESS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC - 12-Volt Technician We are hiring to train Vehicle Installation Technicians. Work experience is preferred but not necessary if you can demonstrate reasonable technical/mechanical skills including understanding of wiring a vehicle chassis. The position is Full Time-hourly, and includes benefits and paid time off. Starting salary is $18/hr but is commensurate with experience. Our ideal candidate can meet or exceed the following criteria: Represent IWT in a mature, positive, professional manner at all times during work hours or while wearing IWT emblazoned gear. Have their own reliable vehicle to arrive at the office and off-site locations on-time, regardless of distance, expected weather, or traffic conditions. Maintain and complete neat and accurate paperwork. Communicate and execute key tasks as trained, including but not limited to: maintaining neat and accurate inventory, off-site vehicle installations, programming radios, and assisting others. Work with minimal supervision. Manage themselves and their time on tasks, coordinate with the service department on work to exceed our customers' expectations. Actively participate on assignment with others. Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and grow with IWT. Has excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Demonstrate grace under pressure, problem-solving skills, and good judgement and discretion managing sensitive situations.
