My name is Holly Cooper and I am searching for personal care attendants (PCAs) to help me with my daily activities as I have a neuromuscular disease which has left me very physically weak. I recently finished my psychology graduate program and I am transitioning to living in Davis again after living in the Bay Area for the last 7 years. Therefore, I am looking to hire a whole new team of personal care attendants. I am looking for 4-6 PCAs who can cover the 6 positions below. I will be living near the intersection of Pole Line and 5th St., which is right by public transportation. Parking is also available. I enjoy music, films/television, and traveling. I enjoy talking, but also appreciate my quiet time. I am an easygoing person and am looking for female applicants to join a dynamic team of people that help me with my daily life. Looking for applicants who could start ASAP. No previous experience needed, but it is preferred. Requirements: MUST HAVE A US ID AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, must have valid Driver’s License and clean driving record, must be comfortable lifting (~70lbs). Positions available: Position 1: Mondays - Fridays 5pm-9pm Position 2: Saturdays and Sundays 8am-12pm Position 3: Saturdays and Sundays 1pm-5pm Position 4: Saturdays and Sundays 5pm-9pm Position 5 (overnight shifts): Mondays – Thursdays 11pm-8am Position 6 (overnight shifts): Fridays - Sundays 11pm-8am Salary: $14.75/hr, pay is through IHSS (I can help you enroll in IHSS if you aren't already) Where: Davis near Pole Line and 5th When (start date): ASAP Duration: looking for someone who could work for 6 months or longer If interested, please submit your resume and references.
