Lock Change and Property Maintenance Regular Basis

We need a local handyman for regular help with our properties including cleaning, lock changes, minor repairs. At this time we are looking for help with locks and pictures on few properties in Anderson, and Marion, IN, and nearby areas. These properties may be locked. So, the first door needs to be unlocked and later add a door latch (like shown in pictures and is about $3 in Walmart) with a combination dial padlock (Show in the picture and is about $2 in Walmart). We need pictures of the door open and later the lock on it. Also, we need outside and inside pictures of the properties Please, provide estimates including material.
