We are seeking enthusiastic & physically fit workers to help create luscious organic soil used for the cannabis industry, organic fruits, organic vegetable gardening, and much more! ALL SHIFTS OPEN Labor Tasks: * Using batch tickets, build batches of fertilizer. * Loading up to 50lb bags of material onto pallets to be mixed via paddle mixer. * Operating pallet jacks to maneuver batches of fertilizer around warehouse. * Loading 50lb bags into bucket elevator of paddle mixer * Operating paddle mixer to produce fertilizers. * Operating bagging machines to bag finished goods. * Manually bagging, weighing & sealing finished goods. * Casing & palatalizing finished goods. * Daily housekeeping of dry fertilizer production area. * Use forklift to transfer pallets of raw materials into the dry room and store for use in production * Use forklift to handle/transport totes of intermediate fertilizers to soil mix line.
