Position Requirements: Valid Drivers License - Required Ability to lift 50lbs or more, occasionally up to 100lbs. with assistance - Required Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and it tight spaces - Required Team oriented Ability to work on call weekends and weekdays on rotating basis Complete required job documentation on site Interact with clients and insurance adjusters on job sites Supervise Production Technicians on site Follow and enforce all safety procedures on job site Understanding of restoration equipment and tools - Preferred IICRC Certifications - Preferred OSHA 10 Certification - Preferred Previous restoration experience - Preferred Previous management experience preferred Physical and Work Environment Requirements: Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing, Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings) Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law SERVPRO® of Germantown, Pennypack/Bustleton and Upper Bucks is an EOE M/F/D/V employer
