HVAC Service Manager We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience to have a direct impact on all aspects of service. Responsibilities include: Hire and Train all new Technicians Manage or advise on hiring, training, development, allocation, and performance assessment of personnel within area of responsibility Participate on job walks as needed Estimate writing and customer service follow ups Equipment ordering ensuring best possible vendor pricing Ensure timely completion of repairs by technicians and maximum efficiency while working with scheduling department Oversee startup technicians on construction projects to ensure timely completion Provide weekly and as needed reports on the status of the service department Hold meetings with department employees and provide motivational training Manage shop stock and fleet inventory Coordinate Emergency After Hours Service Requests The right candidate will meet the following requirements: 5+ years of HVAC Service Management experience 5+ years experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC installation Strong mechanical and HVAC installation understanding Exceptional customer service skills and sales knowledge Good computer skills - MS Office, Excel knowledge, etc. Highly organized Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be able to pass a background check and possess clean DL EPA certification Must have OSHA 30 We will provide the following benefits: Pay DOE Health and dental offered after 60 days Company paid cell phone Paid holidays If you are currently employed, CONFIDENTIALITY is guaranteed
