We are seeking a team-player with maintenance skills to join our team. The position is full-time with a great team, ability to live on site, and excellent benefits (medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, IRA, Holiday Pay) The job includes assisting with various projects such as construction/framing/roofing, plumbing/irrigation repair and maintenance, fixing machinery, vehicle maintenance, driving machinery, fixing fences, moving up to 100 pounds, mowing, pruning, planting trees, moving gravel, chipping branches, harrowing, etc. DESIRED SKILLS - Experience operating heavy equipment (trucks, tractors, etc.) - Framing/ Construction/ Roofing /painting/ drywall experience preferred - Vehicle maintenance experience preferred - Experience with basic site maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, etc.) - Experience with electric fences - Basic grounds maintenance - Experience lifting/stacking heavy items REQUIRED SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES - Must be a hard worker (fit, and able to work hard physically for 4+ hours in a row) - Must speak English - Must NOT smoke (if live on-site) - Must have a phone, and be able and willing to text - Must be 21+ years of age - Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle (including proof of insurance) - Must be comfortable working alone, or with others - Must be able to lift and carry at least 120lbs over 50feet - Must pass screening - Must be responsible, get along with others, and have common sense. - No drugs, alcohol, drama, etc. TO APPLY: Please email with the following information: - A listing of your previous experience (with dates) - A cover letter telling us about yourself - Your resume - 3 email addresses for work-related references (supervisors, bosses, etc.) Starting wages = DOE
