I yelled at a pretty lady in white car

On 2/12/21 about 415pm you were making a wrong turn then pulled back into passing lane,I blew my horn unstopping almost hit you,when I pulled up next to you,you were a really pretty lady in a white car,and could not yell at you,you put your window and we talk ed a couple of minutes, would like to meet you for a meal this was on the 309 north bound,hope you see this.
