QuickBooks Bookkeeping includes three service phases: setup, ongoing bookkeeping, and month-end close. In the setup phase, I help you set up your chart of accounts, connect your banks, and review the basics of QuickBooks. If you have information in QuickBooks already, I will help create a plan to get it cleaned up. As part of ongoing bookkeeping, I will categorize your transactions and reconcile your accounts each month. At the end of each month, I close your books and confirm they’re accurate by preparing a trial balance. Then I send you PDF copies of key financial reports, including your profit and loss statement and balance sheet. Monthly Quickbooks bookkeeping service is $200 for up to 100 transactions and $300 monthly for up to 250 transactions. Additional bookkeeping and tax services are also available for additional costs.
