Training provided to lead a 2-man crew in evaluating and completing minor home repairs making the home more energy efficient. Using a company vehicle, travel to customer’s homes to install weatherization upgrades efficiently and with high quality. Repairs often include changing lighting fixtures, doors, windows, caulking, smart thermostats, wall & window a/c units, attic insulation, and other minor home repairs. Provides excellent customer service to all residents and program participants.
