Warehouse Associate/Driver Ventura County Home Staging is an established and highly-regarded real estate Home Staging company based in Agoura Hills, CA. We specialize in residential staging projects primarily in Ventura County and San Fernando Valley areas. We are seeking an intelligent, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our expanding company. The Warehouse Associate/Driver is responsible for safely driving, loading and unloading furniture into/out of a box truck. Stage/set up furniture and hang art as instructed by our designers. Destage/break down staged homes ensuring safety to inventory and client’s residence. Required are regular warehouse maintenance duties according to company procedure including wrapping and building new furniture. Professionally representing our company while on site and through customer interactions is very important. Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Transporting inventory to and from the warehouse to the job location. · Properly wrapping and handling all inventory to prevent damage or injury. · Maintaining warehouse including all inventory, tools and equipment. · Assembling new furniture as needed. · General furniture and warehouse maintenance. Qualifications and Skills Requirements · High School Diploma or equivalent. · Excellent customer service and communication skills. · Professional attitude and demeanor. · Ability to work independently and as a team. · Experience as a mover/driver; or with general labor, landscaping, construction, or warehouse work. · Experience with and knowledge of basic tools (hammer, drill, screwdriver, etc.). · Strong critical thinking and math skills. · Ability to lift heavy items (50-100 lbs. or more). · Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is a MUST. · Ability to safely drive moving van and/or box truck, up to 26 feet. · Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule. Job Type: Part-time/flexible, on-call Benefits: Paid Sick time only.
