Comic Writer looking for Artist Partner

Hello, My name is Adam, 24, and I'm looking for a visual artist to create comics with. I am a long time reader, fan, and writer and want to finally sit down and create something! Start off by talking about some of your favorite books, artists, writers, and so on you are into right now! Looking for someone who wants to collaborate and create things TOGETHER; yes I have ideas already but I want to have a strong working relationship with whomever is willing to contribute ideas and create a universe. I work in a school so evening or weekends can be "conference call" time, in which we Pow-Wow on our stories. I really want to have a strong friendship AND partnership! I have intentions to shop it around to companies and publishers no matter what, so you must be willing to do so as well. Also interested in publishing a web comic series as well. I personally prefer realistic, noir, dynamic, abstract, and minimalist art styles but VERY open to whatever you work with! That is it for now! Please let me know if you have any questions!
