Please apply on our website or follow the link below:   Summary The Customer Care Associate (CCA) is a redemption center employee who is positioned on the exterior of the site to assist with greeting/engaging with customers and ensuring that the exterior of the site meets company standards.  This involves interacting with customers for the purpose of informing of redemption center policies and procedures as well as welcoming and answering any questions that customers may have upon entry.  The employee is responsible for the appearance of the exterior of the building from a cleanliness standpoint to ensure the safety for our staff and customers.   Primary Duties & Responsibilities Conducts regular monitoring of assigned Redemption Center properties, including but not limited to the parking lot, the perimeter of the Center, and within the Center (as needed). Maintain the appearance of the redemption center exterior (and interior as needed) including removing all garbage and organization of shopping carts left on property. Reporting irregularities, including but not limited to out of policy events, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations to the site supervisor or AOS. Professionally and politely engages and enforces policy infractions such as daily limits, out of state containers, or other items that might violate our Customer Code of Conduct. Prepares and communicates timely and detailed reports of incidents Educate and introduce customers to Oregon’s Bottle Bill and the BottleDrop system.
