Need - Part Timer Building Maintenance Worker at condominium complex. Must have some skill in carpentry and plumbing work, someone who is responsible and organized. Required to work on buildings three stories high (scaffolding) Minimum of 19.5 to 32.5 hours per week depending on weather. More hours in summer months, we are starting you at $15 after 90 day probation period wage will increase. Snow removal, shoveling & salting in the winter and grounds in the summer.
