An established and growing commercial exterior siding company in Silverton is seeking an experienced Estimator. The full-time position is available immediately. This is not outside sales. Responsibilities: • Review of ITB, specifications, drawings and addenda to create scope of work, along with material and labor costs. Projects include private and public. • Prepare professional and detailed proposals, bids and change orders for contractors. • Maintain files of working documents and tracking of bids, including follow up on bid status. • Communicate effectively with team members, providing accurate and timely information. • Ability to work under pressure. Job Requirements: • 2-5 years previous experience (education acceptable). • Experience with computer estimating software. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong attention to detail & good with math. • Use of MS Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) • Organized and able to work independently, while maintaining a team player attitude. • Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, self-starter and multi-tasker.
