We are hiring a full-time (40 hours per week) energetic independent contractor who will be a WORKING HOUSEKEEPER that manages a private residence in Sedona, AZ. Job Duties • Manage contractors performing maintenance on a 3-bedroom house, 1-bedroom guest house and a pool house in the Sedona area (including supervising pest control, landscaping, pool service and others as necessary). • Clean living areas including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors in all rooms • Clean the bathrooms, including mirrors, toilets, showers and baths • Clean the kitchen, including wiping down appliances, counters, sinks and cabinet doors • Wash and dry dishes and put them away • Wash and change bed linens and make the beds • Wash, fold and iron clothes if requested • Clean windows where possible as needed • Remove garbage and recycling and place outside for pick-up • Restock personal items such as toilet paper, tissues, etc. • Change light bulbs • Run errands for the family including grocery shopping, dropping off and picking up dry cleaning and mail • Keep track of supplies and replace them as needed Requirements • Trustworthy and honest • Must pass drug and background check • 5+ years’ experience working as a Private Live-Out Housekeeper • Proven experience with overseeing contractors performing maintenance • Physical strength and stamina • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance • Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents • Excellent verbal communication skills, customer-oriented and friendly • Prioritization and time management skills • Detail oriented • Working quickly without compromising quality • Knowledge of English language • High school degree or GED certificate • Bi-lingual is a plus
