Our growing real estate team is hiring a daily PT or FT helper to perform a multitude of task including but not limited to; trash removal, material pick up, site cleaning and organizing, punch list, carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, masonry, roofing & much more.
Applicant MUST have their own truck or van, cell phone, some basic tools & some construction knowledge or experience is helpful.
MUST BE RELIABLE and DEPENDABLE! Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy loads.
No drinking, no drugs, no drama on the job.
Pays $15-18 p/hr depending on skills. Bonuses available for real hustle!
