Directional Drill Operator • Alpha Underground Construction • Tucson, AZ Description: Directional Drill Operator with Valid CDL License needed for well-established construction company with a friendly atmosphere. We are looking for an Operator to work on cable/electric industry construction projects. Experience working with a Vermeer 2440 Drill, or comparable equipment is necessary. You must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands. Being good at collaboration, following instructions and safety rules are important. You must be prepared to communicate, courteously & clearly, with Manager, office staff & team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: • Hand digging and lifting as necessary • Excavating / Dirt / Asphalt Restoration. • Operating additional hand tools & machinery • Able to work as a Team. • Able to read construction job information. • Maintain & refer company equipment for maintenance or repair. • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. • Need employees to be reliable & on time as jobs are worked per due dates. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED (Preferred) • Construction experience (preferred) • Ability to complete daily paperwork • Valid CDL & current medical card Job Type: Full-time Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Overtime only when necessary • Weekends Experience: • Drill Experience: 5 Years’ experience (Preferred, but less if you meet above criteria) Location: • Tucson, AZ, 85705 Contact Info: Deborah Mason 1-520-907-8400 [email protected]
